This years event will be held at the fantastic Sheepdrove Organic Farm.

Free parking is available onsite, there are three designated disabled parking spaces with clear signage close to the venue entrance.

Travel to Sheepdrove Farm from London

The best solution for traveling from London is via train.

Travel is from London Paddington to Hungerford or Newbury.

These journeys can be booked direct, and will take around 47 minutes. For Hungerford, trains will be for Exeter St. Davids, and Newbury they will be for Bristol Temple Meads.

Prebook taxis from Hungerford or Newbury as per below companies…journeys from either Hungerford or Newbury should take around 40 minutes to travel to Sheepdrove Farm.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price and must be booked directly by you.

There are a handful of hotels in the area within a 30 minute drive of Sheepdrove Farm. Cool Farm Alliance recommends Donnington Valley Hotel and has negotiated a rate for the attendees to use on 23rd and 24th May.

A coach will be available for transport between Donnington Valley Hotel and Sheepdrove Farm on the 24th & 25th May at the beginnning and end of each conference day.

Donnington Valley Hotel - booking procedure

  • Group rate is £145 bed & breakfast for a Classic room, £165 bed & breakfast for an Executive room. Prices are per room, per night.
  • To check availability and book, please contact Reservations on 01635 55 11 99 or reservations@donningtonvalley.co.uk.  You cannot book the preferential rate via the hotel's website.
  • The reference for the preferential rate is 'Cool Farm Alliance AGM'.
  • You will be asked for contact details and card details to secure your booking. You are responsible for paying for your bed and breakfast rate on departure.

 

Cool Farm will be holding a welcome drinks reception at the Donnington Valley Hotel on Tuesday 23rd May. And a coach will be available for transport between Donnington Valley Hotel and Sheepdrove Farm on the 24th & 25th May at the beginning and end of each conference day.
