Your ticket price includes:

  • Attendance to the drinks reception on 23rd May at Donnington Valley Hotel.
  • Attendance to the full programme of events on 24th and 25th May, including coach transfers between the venue and Donnington Valley Hotel. 
  • Refreshments and lunch on 24th and 25th May.
  • Attendance to the evening meal on 24th May.
  • The formal proceedings of the Annual General Meeting will take place from 14:00 to 14:45 on Thursday 25th May. This 45 minute session is for members only.
