Busy Bees Graduation Woking

The Busy Bees Graduation in Woking will take place on Saturday 12th July 2025 at the Hilton Woking, Church Street West, Woking GU21 6AX.

We are proud to invite educators and their guests to our Busy Bees Graduation. This event is designed to recognise and celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication of our colleagues who have completed their apprenticeship with Busy Bees, all while delivering the Best Start in Life to children across our nurseries. Your commitment deserves to be celebrated—and we can’t wait to celebrate it with you.

Attendees

Each graduate receives two complimentary guest tickets to the graduation event. Additional guest tickets can be purchased at £15.00 each, on a first come, first served basis.

While the Hilton Woking offers generous space, we expect this event to be popular, so we encourage you to request your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate everyone.

We know that achieving your qualification often requires sacrifice, especially time with family. So whether your guests are 1 month or 101 years old, they’re warmly welcome to share this moment with you. If a guest needs their own seat, please request a ticket. Young children who can sit on your lap do not need a ticket, but please let us know to expect them.

Photographs

A professional photographer will be on site at the Hilton Woking to help you capture this milestone moment. From formal portraits in your gown to relaxed shots with family and friends, there will be plenty of chances to take home a memory from the day.

You can choose from the following professionally presented print options, all delivered directly to your home:

• 8x6 inch print in a presentation mount – £20.00

• 10x8 inch print in a presentation mount – £21.50

• 12x16 inch print mounted on 2mm board – £36.00

Why Woking?

As part of our expansion beyond Scotland, we’re delighted to host a graduation event in Woking—bringing the celebration closer to our southern-based colleagues. The Hilton Woking is a stylish, modern venue with excellent transport links, making it a convenient choice for graduates and guests travelling from across the South East.

Located in the heart of Woking town centre, the venue is surrounded by a range of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and budgets—ideal if you wish to continue your celebrations after the event. The graduation concludes at 4 pm, giving you the perfect opportunity to extend your special day with friends and family nearby.

Event Timing

The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 1.30 pm. Please arrive from 11.30 am to collect your gown, have your photograph taken, and enjoy the occasion.

Guests are welcome to join you at this time—there is a bar available should they wish to relax with a refreshment while you prepare for the big moment. The ceremony will conclude at 3.00 pm, followed by drinks and informal celebrations until 4.00 pm, when the event closes.

Please complete your registration, request any additional guest tickets, and provide your gown details. You can also choose your photography package now or closer to the event.

From Woking Train Station:

• On Foot:

  • Hilton Woking is approximately a 5-minute walk from Woking Train Station. 

  • Exit the station and head southwest on Station Approach toward High Street.

  • Continue onto High Street, then turn right onto Church Street West.

  • The hotel will be on your left.

• By Bus:

  • Several bus routes serve the area around Hilton Woking.

  • Nearby bus stops include Goldsworth Road, Church Street West, and High Street Link Road, all within a 2-minute walk of the hotel.

  • Bus lines such as the 28, 34, 446, and 456 stop near these locations.

From Heathrow Airport:

• By Car:

  • Hilton Woking is approximately a 25-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport. 

  • Head southwest on the M25 motorway, then take the exit toward Woking.

  • Follow signs for Woking town center to reach the hotel.

• By Public Transport:

  • Take the RailAir2 (RA2) coach service from Heathrow Airport to Woking Station.

  • From Woking Station, it’s a short walk or bus ride to the hotel.

  • Guests are advised to use the Victoria Place Woking Car Park on Victoria Way, GU21 6GH.
