Busy Bees Graduation Leeds

We are delighted to host the Busy Bees Graduation in Leeds on Saturday 14th June 2025 at the iconic Queens Hotel, New Station Street, City Square, Leeds LS1 1PJ.

This event is dedicated to recognising and celebrating the incredible commitment of our colleagues who have completed their apprenticeship with Busy Bees, all while delivering the Best Start in Life to children in their care.

This is your moment to reflect, recognise your hard work, and celebrate alongside fellow graduates, friends, and family.

Attendees

Each graduate receives two complimentary guest tickets to the graduation event. Additional guest tickets can be purchased at £15.00 each, on a first come, first served basis.

The Queens Hotel offers a stunning and spacious setting, but we anticipate high demand—so please request your tickets early to help us accommodate everyone comfortably.

We welcome guests of all ages. Whether it’s a partner, parent, child, or friend, everyone is invited to celebrate this milestone with you. If a guest needs their own seat, please request a ticket. Babies or small children who can sit on your lap do not require a ticket—but please let us know they’ll be joining you.

Gowns

Graduation wouldn’t be complete without a gown. Busy Bees is pleased to subsidise the cost to help make your day special.

Photographs

A professional photographer will be available at the event to help capture your big moment. Whether you’d like a formal portrait in your gown or relaxed photos with your guests, we’ll make sure the memories last.

You can select from the following high-quality print options, all delivered to your home:

• 8x6 inch print in a presentation mount – £20.00

• 10x8 inch print in a presentation mount – £21.50

• 12x16 inch print mounted on 2mm board – £36.00

Event Timings

The graduation ceremony will begin at 1.30 pm. Doors open at 11.30 am for gown collection, photography, and to allow time to enjoy the venue before the ceremony begins.

Guests are welcome to arrive with you. A bar will be open for refreshments while you prepare. The ceremony will conclude at 3.00 pm, followed by informal drinks and celebrations until 4.00 pm.

What You Need to Do

Please complete your registration, request any additional guest tickets, and provide your gown details. Photography packages can be selected now or closer to the event.

Then get ready to enjoy a well-earned celebration of your achievement. We can’t wait to welcome you to Leeds and celebrate your success together.

Directions

From Leeds Train Station:

• Direct Access: The Queens Hotel is directly connected to Leeds Train Station via a private entrance located on the station concourse, opposite Leon. This allows you to access the hotel without stepping outside. 

By Car:

• Parking Options:

  • NCP Leeds Station (LS1 4HT): Guests receive a 20% discount at this car park. To avail of the discount, validate your parking ticket at the NCP office inside the train station before payment. 

  • Q-Park Sovereign Square (LS1 4AG): A 30% discount is available when booking directly through their website using the code QHSS30. 

• Important Note: Due to the pedestrianisation of City Square, vehicle pick-up and drop-off directly outside the hotel’s main entrance are no longer available. Please use the train station’s pick-up and drop-off point and access the hotel via the private station entrance. 

By Bus:

• Nearby Bus Stops: Several bus stops are within a short walking distance of The Queens Hotel, including Station B, Station C, and City Square H. 

From Leeds Bradford Airport:

• Distance: The hotel is approximately 8 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. 

• Transportation: Taxis and airport shuttle services are available from the airport to the city centre.
