Busy Bees Graduation Milton Keynes
We’re excited to bring the Busy Bees Graduation to Milton Keynes for the very first time on Saturday 28th June 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, Stadium Way West, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1ST.
This event is all about recognising the incredible commitment of our colleagues who have completed their apprenticeship with Busy Bees while continuing to provide the Best Start in Life to children in our care.
It’s a moment of achievement, celebration, and pride—and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Attendees
Each graduate receives two complimentary guest tickets to the graduation event. Additional guest tickets can be purchased for £15.00 each, allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The DoubleTree by Hilton offers a modern, spacious setting—but we anticipate high interest in this event. To avoid disappointment, please request your tickets as early as possible.
We know many of you have made sacrifices along the way to achieve this qualification, and we welcome your loved ones to celebrate with you—regardless of age. If a guest needs their own seat, please request a ticket. Babies or small children who can sit on your lap do not require a ticket, but please let us know they’ll be joining you.
Gowns
A graduation ceremony wouldn’t feel complete without a gown. Busy Bees is proud to subsidise the cost so that you can enjoy this special experience in full.
A professional photographer will be present at the Milton Keynes graduation to help you capture the moment. Whether you’d like a formal portrait or candid shots with your family and fellow graduates, we’ll make sure the memories last.
You can choose from the following professionally presented print options, delivered directly to your home:
8x6 inch print in a presentation mount – £20.00

12x16 inch print mounted on 2mm board – £36.00

Why Milton Keynes?
We’re delighted to host our first graduation in Milton Keynes—bringing the celebration to the centre of the country. With strong rail and road links and ample nearby parking, the DoubleTree by Hilton is ideally located for graduates and guests from across the Midlands and South East.
The hotel is part of the MK Stadium complex and offers a range of local amenities, restaurants, and transport connections—ideal if you’d like to continue the celebration after the event.
Event Timings
The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 1.30 pm. Please arrive from 11.30 am to collect your gown, have your photograph taken, and enjoy the build-up to the big moment.
Guests are welcome during this time. A bar will be available if they’d like a refreshment while you prepare. The ceremony will conclude at 3.00 pm, followed by relaxed celebrations and drinks until 4.00 pm, when the event officially closes
What You Need to Do
Please complete your registration, request any additional guest tickets, and provide your gown details. You can also select your photography package now or closer to the event.

Directions
By Bus:
Route 1: Take the Arriva Bus 6 from Milton Keynes Central Station. This bus stops near Stadium MK, which is adjacent to the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.
Route 2: Alternatively, you can take the Arriva Bus 1, 150, or 32 from Milton Keynes Central Station. These buses also stop near Stadium MK.
By Taxi:
A taxi from Milton Keynes Central Station to the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes takes approximately 8 minutes, depending on traffic.
By Train:
You can take a train from Milton Keynes Central Station to Bletchley Station, which is approximately 1.9 miles from the hotel. From Bletchley Station, you can take a taxi or a local bus to reach the hotel.
On Foot:
Walking from Milton Keynes Central Station to the hotel is possible but would take approximately 40 minutes, covering a distance of about 2.7 miles.
