We welcome submissions for case presentations in the following areas:
Infection and vasculitis - cases describing either infection leading to diagnostic uncertainty or where infection risk or infectious complications have altered treatment decisions
Challenging organ specific vasculitis manifestations
You have the option to submit an abstract for oral presentation. We anticipate that submitted oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length, including time for questions.

After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to update or amend your abstract, please resubmit it through this form and email eventsupport@clearwaterevents.co.uk.
Notification of the acceptance of your paper will be sent no later than 1st November 2024. If you have not received an answer by then, please contact the conference committee.
Please remember that registration for the course is required regardless of abstract submission. If your abstract is accepted, you will be awarded a UKIVas bursary to cover the cost of the course.
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be typed in English.
The paper must be typed single-spaced using Arial 11-pitch type font.
Paper title should be typed in UPPER CASE BOLD letters.
Include the name(s) of author(s) on a new line. Use initials first and omit titles. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
The name of the institution(s) should be included on a separate new line.
Abstract length should not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations.
