📝 Can I present a case at the course?
Yes! Case discussions will take place on Tuesday, 25th November, and we are looking for delegates to present their most interesting cases.
We are looking for cases across the following themes:
- Takayasu arteritis
- Giant cell arteritis
- ENT disease in AAV
- Ophthalmic disease in AAV
- Vasculitis in pregnancy
- EGPA
- Respiratory involvement in AAV
- Skin involvement in AAV
- Bechet's disease
Presenters will receive a certificate of participation as well as the opportunity to receive input and feedback on their case from vasculitis experts across the UK and Ireland.
📍 Where is the course being held?
The course is taking place at Harbour Hotel Bristol, 53 - 55 Corn Street, BS1 1HT. Details of the venue can be found on their website here.
♿ Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel itself is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk-in showers which are accessible by lift.

🚗 How do I get to the course venue?
Car:
You'll find us on Corn Street, in the heart of Bristol's historic centre. Corn Street is pedestrianised, so park up and leave the car elsewhere, or take this opportunity to go green and visit us by train.
Parking:
As a city centre hotel on a pedestrianised road, we cannot offer on-site car parking to guests and unfortunately, you cannot unload/load bags into your cars in front of the hotel, so please park before you come to the hotel.
We offer our guests a 20% discount (per every 24-hr period) in the Nelson Street NCP (BS1 3DB). Ask for your discount on check-in, and make sure you keep hold of your original ticket too, as you need both for payment. The discount doesn't apply to pre-booked spaces.
Local and National Rail:
We're around a 20-minute walk or 10-minute taxi ride from Bristol Temple Meads, which has direct connections to London in one and a half hours. For train times and journey planning, please visit nationalrail.co.uk.

🔄 I can no longer attend the course, can I give my place to someone else?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer places to another individual.
🛑 I can no longer attend the course, can I have a refund?
Refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right not to refund registration if we are unable to fill your place with another attendee.
