We invite attendees to participate in our Case Presentation submissions, showcasing your most compelling cases for discussion among peers and experts. Abstract Submission closes on 17th October. For this year's course we aim to integrate case presentations within the program. We welcome submissions for case presentations in the following areas:
1. Takayasu arteritis
2. Giant cell arteritis
3. ENT disease in AAV
4. Ophthalmic disease in AAV
5. Vasculitis in pregnancy
6. EGPA
7. Respiratory involvement in AAV
8. Skin involvement in AAV
9. IgG4 Disease
10. Bechet's disease
One abstract from each category will be selected to be presented in an integrated format along with the relevant educational session. Please remember that registration for the course is required regardless of abstract submission. If your abstract is accepted, you will also be awarded a UKIVas bursary to cover the cost of the course.

Notification of the acceptance of your paper will be sent no later than 1st November 2025. If you have not received an answer by then, please contact the conference committee.

Abstract Format

Abstracts must be typed in English.

The paper must be typed single-spaced using Arial 11-pitch type font.

Paper title should be typed in UPPER CASE BOLD letters.

Include the name(s) of author(s) on a new line. Use initials first and omit titles. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

The name of the institution(s) should be included on a separate new line.

Abstract length should not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations.
