🏨 Hotel Check-In
We are pleased to offer you overnight accommodation for the evening of Friday 14 November.
We have secured rooms at two exceptional local hotels, and your specific hotel will be confirmed after registration. Wherever possible, we will keep centre teams together in their areas and divisions.
Check-in at your designated hotel will be available following the conference's close.

We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and ready for a great day. Please wear smart business attire for the conference. As you'll be on your feet throughout the day, we recommend choosing comfortable shoes. For the evening, it's your chance to relax and celebrate - feel free to dress up and enjoy the occasion.

If you are travelling by car, car parking will be provided at the Stadium MK Car Park, part of the DoubleTree Hotel.
Stadium MK Car Park - Stadium Way W, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1ST (2 minutes walk). Open 24/7.
Note, car parking is managed by MK1 Parking who is responsible for the parking enforcement. They do not accept liability for loss, theft or for any damage to cars or property whilst onsite.
Busy Bees will pay for your parking onsite. To avoid being charged on the day, please be sure to enter your car registration number when completing your registration details. You parking will automatically be authorised on arrival.
