Richard Foggo is Director of Population Health at the Scottish Government.  He was Director of Covid Public Health from March 2020 – June 2022.  He was previously head of Primary Care, Active Scotland and Community Safety. Richard is a happy dad of three who lives in Leith, Edinburgh.
