Harold Wilson-Morkeh

Dr Harold (Harry) Wilson-Morkeh is a rheumatology specialist registrar on the Northwest London rotation currently pursuing his clinical and research subspecialty interest in vasculitis as a Doctoral Clinical Research Fellow at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London.  His PhD research is specifically focused on type 2 immune dysfunction in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA). He is involved in the setup and running of RACEMATE, a phase 2b double-blind randomised controlled trial assessing the efficacy and safety of tezepelumab in EGPA. He has worked in the vasculitis and connective tissue disease clinics at the Hammersmith Hospital as well as Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals where he held the Chief Rheumatology Registrar position. He delivers national and regional teaching in vasculitis and is intent on improving outcomes for people living with this rare set of diseases.
