Simi is a British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT)–accredited Hand Therapist with over 20 years of experience delivering specialist hand therapy services across acute NHS trusts, primary care, and private healthcare settings. She has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of both adults and children with a wide range of traumatic and acquired hand and wrist conditions and is currently working in an Advanced Clinical Practice role at Salisbury District Hospital.

Since 2017, she has been actively involved in organising the Southampton Hand Course and is a regular faculty presenter. She has also contributed to postgraduate education by delivering a recorded Q&A session on, ‘Current Concepts in Tendon Rehabilitation’, for the Level 7 Hand Therapy module at the University of Essex. In addition, she has published work in the BAHT Journal, reflecting her commitment to advancing clinical practice and professional education.
