Ms Michelle Razo is a Consultant Hand Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and Occupational Therapist with an international career spanning the United States, London and Belfast. Her experience includes working at leading trauma centres for the hand, wrist and upper limb. Clinical expertise extends across Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Rheumatology and Neurology. Ms Razo is currently fully independent. Her private practice specialises in complex cases, expert witness work and medico-legal services. Ms Razo teaches internationally as invited faculty, bringing advanced Hand Therapy knowledge to fellow Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Her courses move through differential diagnostics, the wrist, upper limb nerve entrapment, radiographic interpretation and treatment strategies that help patients avoid surgery. She has also published peer-reviewed research in the field and introduced the clinical concept of proximity blindness in Hand Therapy.
