Ella has worked as an Occupational Therapist since 1998, specialising in hands since 2001. She has worked at the Pulvertaft Hand Unit since 2007. She is involved in co-ordinating and teaching on the BAHT Level 1 course and Level 2 Radiographic Interpretation course run by the Derby Pulvertaft Hand Unit. Ella and the East Midlands Hand Therapy Group provide private hand therapy services in the Midland areas. Ella is also a member on the education committee for the British Association of Hand Therapists.

In her spare time Ella has worked for the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in many roles. Cricket isn’t about hands for Ella it’s her life……
