Dr. Tara Packham

Dr. Tara Packham is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation, and an associate professor in the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at McMaster University.

Tara’s program of research in the IMPRinT lab is focused on advancing the understanding and management of persistent pain, and moving evidence into practice. She serves as Editor-in-Chief at Hand Therapy, and on the editorial boards of the Journal of Hand Therapy and Pain Medicine, with over 100 published peer-reviewed papers. She lives just outside the city of Hamilton Ontario in Canada with her husband, 2 dogs and backyard chickens.
